Our education consultant is looking for companies who can find an hour to introduce themselves to potential apprentices.
If a company is to attract tomorrow's workforce, they will have to take on apprentices. If they are to have any hope of attracting apprentices, we believe they should invite school leavers to visit the company.
Company visits are one of the most effective ways in which to guide school leavers towards a career in the maritime and offshore sectors. Educational Consultant Keld Jacobsen is very willing to help arrange meetings between companies and kids in their final years at school so that potential apprentices can meet potential employers and workplaces. If you wish to inspire schoolchildren to aim for a future in offshore, let us know!

Incidentally, Education Consultant Keld Jacobsen recently hosted two after-work meetings in Esbjerg and Hirtshals. At these meetings, Keld listed the benefits of the apprenticeship scheme and how it helps companies not only to meet legal obligations to take on apprentices, but also specifically to manage apprentice workers.
