This year we managed to get two leading international forces of energy to share their knowledge and experiences: One of Canada's leading scientists in the field of energy, Director of R & D to Cascadia Coast Research Scott Beatty and American Max Carcas, director of Caelulum, who has specialised in consulting within wave energy and other renewable energy sources.
During the day Scott Beatty will share the latest results from Canada and from a project with Aalborg University. In addition, he will tell you about a project cooperation with U Edinburgh - for example, how they tackle uncertainty MAEP.
Max Carcas will contribute with his experience and advice on how to succeed in bringing an energy product on the market - including strategy, market conditions, political conditions and financing, partnerships and project development.
At the conference you will also meet a number of Danish speakers who will give you an insight into Danish wave energy work and results: Per Resen from Resen Wave Challenges, Søren ‘Safety’ Pedersen from Fredercia Maskimesterskole, Laurids Mortensen from Danwec, Kim Nielsen from Danish Partner for Wave Energy, a speaker from Aalborg University and Hans A. Pedersen from Offshoreenergy.dk.
